The Glacial Team is comprised of a diverse talent pool, ranging from
graphics to programming, advertising to technical writing. Collectively,
we span over 15 years experience relating to web design and development.
Drawing from this pool of experience, we provide our client's with quality
sites, utilizing the staff best suited for each site's requirements.
| Jennine Mills |
Director of Development - Jennine has over 7 years experience
in advertising, graphic design and web development. She is the driving
force behind the team, is responsible for the majority of design and layout,
and writes most of the functional specifications for the sites we develop.
She also works closely with the print and web advertising departments,
as well as our client education department. |
| Chris Crismond |
Lead Programmer - Chris is an experienced web developer who
has worked with Microsoft and several web consulting companies in the Seattle
area. He has been involved with the internet since 92, and has over 5 years
experience developing for the web, from front end UI design to back end
and middle tier development. He specializes in Flash, JavaScript(client
and server side), Java, and XML. |

Imaging and Compatibility Specialist - Matt has over 7 years
experience in web development, photography and Internet technology. He
is responsible for imaging and photography, as well as cross-platform and
cross-browser compatibility testing. |
| Jeremy Kennard |
Graphic Artist and Imaging Specialist - Jeremy has over 5 years
experience as an artist. Although a relative newcomer to the Web development
environment, he provides primary support in the design and development
department, as well working closely with the advertising departments. |
