One of the best sources of research information
are cemeteries. Since families are usually buried together,
it not only provides information about a particular family group, but
the tombstones usually provide valuable information such as dates
of birth and death and sometimes family references,
such as beloved husband, wife, daughter or son. This has been an
exciting part of my research especially in the Virginia area where
many of our family members have historical ties. If you have any
